Amateur Radio Aerial Matcher

This is a another superb quality aerial matcher, essentially a TranZmatch-RM without the VSWR/power metering so that you can use your favourite VSWR bridge, and it's cheaper too. Again, sometimes referred to as "an antenna tuner" for general purpose use on the LF/HF amateur bands. The TranZmatch-S will match most of the impedance loads you might encounter and it can be used on all the amateur bands from 3.5 to 30 MHz with either balanced or unbalanced loads, and will easily handle the current UK power limit of 26dbW (399watts) we rate it at 1000watts.

There are NO lossy bandswitches or relays in this matcher and matching is achieved by rotating the two vernier dials, reset-ability is excellent for rapid changes of band or frequency. The matcher is suitable for most aerial systems, from the ubiquitous dipole or doublet, the "G5RV" or the inverted L or endfed wire. It is suitable for co-axial or balanced feeders and does not incorporate a balun, the output being inductively coupled to the main inductor. The TranZmatch-S is built in Great Britain by radio amateurs for radio amateurs.
